Important Announcement from your Board of Directors

Attention C.S.P.O.A. Resident Owners
New Access System to our Community Park is complete and we will be distributing the programed access cards in person.

Please make it a point to stop by and pick up your keys.  If you are unable to make it in person, please follow the instructions below for the alternate method of delivery.

The Board is very excited to be bringing this efficient and ultimately cost-saving new access system to our membership! We look forward to seeing most of you at the park for the key distribution.


Distribution of Access Cards

Homeowners Park
Saturday, April 6th from 10:00 AM -Noon
Sunday, April 7th from 2:00 - 4:00

Alternative method to receive your card if unable to in person: By sending a self-addressed, postage paid ($0.46) standard sized (business or #10sized) envelope to the above Post Office Box address with a request that your key cards (2) be mailed to you
